Programmable Li-Ion/Li-Po battery charger

1-4 cells battery charger maximum (~12V battery pack), with max 6A charging rate. 12V DC input. 

Intelligent switch to drive the output (200 watt max), between DC input and battery. Automatic switch to battery when the AC voltage is drop, with no voltage glitch at the output. 

Small form factor: 67mm x 54mm

Integrated microcontroller (ATMEGA328) for custom programmable flow

Voltage, current and various control and monitoring from a computer host (PC or Raspberry Pi) through UART.

Use Texas Instruments BQ25713RSNR charger chip.
